This spacious  (95sqm) apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen ,washing machine, dryer ,dishwasher, and one comfortable living room with 1 double sofa for relaxing. A 50” TV with NETFLIX , 5.1 home cinema sound system and Optical high Speed line  INTERNET 100 Mps with WIFI. The apartment boasts silent air-conditioning throughout. One of the best characteristics is the 20 sqm balcony where a dining table and a large sofa allows you to relax during warm Greek summer nights. It is located within walking distance to the Acropolis, Plaka as well as from all major sights of Athens centre.

• Please respect quiet hours (between three and five thirty in the afternoon & ten pm until seven thirty am)

• Smoking is allowed only in the external areas of the apartment (Balconies , Patio outsiside )

Location

The apartment is located at Koukaki in the heart of the city of Athens in the shadow of the Acropolis, the neighborhood of Koukaki, with its unevenly paved sidewalks lined with bitter orange trees, has an undeniably urban village feel. From here you can access the sights like Acropolis , Plaka, Monastiraki or the Modern Art museum within 10-20 minutes walk or by the bus ( the stop is just outside the building), or the metro (5-7 min. walk; station “Acropolis”) There is also a nice area with cafes bars,restaurants, bakeries etc just around the corner .

Koukaki is perhaps best known for its staggering popularity as an Airbnb destination, ranking in the top five most interesting neighborhoods in the world to stay. It isn’t difficult to understand why.
